All return requests must be sent within 3 days of delivery. A return may be accepted if a product is incorrect, incomplete, defective, damaged on delivery or significantly different from its description. You must provide the order number, reason for the return and clear photos. The product must be unused and kept with its accessories, labels and original packaging. Used, personalised or perishable products, and opened hygiene or cosmetic products, are normally not returnable. Do not send any product back before SOREA has agreed to the return. After inspection and acceptance of the return, a refund will be made within a maximum of 7 working days using the refund method offered by SOREA.
